Volterra Restaurant
One of the strong points of our restaurant in Volterra is the choice of raw materials: wherever possible, we select and use zero-food-miles products and ingredients for the creation of our dishes and when we decide to include other seasonal ingredients in our menus, we make sure they are authentic and certified.
The restaurant is located inside Il Palagetto, in a panoramic position with a view over the hills of Volterra.
The theme of our cuisine is simple, we offer guests typical dishes based on the cuisine of Tuscany and Volterra.
Such as? Crostini alla Volterrana, Lardo di Colonnata, pappardelle with wild boar or hare, spelt soup, steak “alla fiorentina“, mixed grills, tasty local pecorino cheese and homemade desserts, all washed down with excellent wines such as Chianti and Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
